Purpose of the Soccer Fund

The Chilliwack FC Soccer Fund provides financial assistance to players and their families who wish to participate in Chilliwack FC but find themselves financially disadvantaged.

Guidelines

Financial support applications are done through the registration process on the PowerUp web portal; however, if you wish to do the application in person, please see the office hours.

The office will receive a notification and send the member the application form, “Funding for Children to Play Sports in BC,” via the email on file.

• Funding is provided to pay registration fees for the player via the following programs: Athletics For Kids, Jumpstart, and KidSport.
• Members can decide to apply for one or all available programs.
• Approved funding will be applied to the registrant’s PowerUp registration account, there will be no direct payment to the applicant.

Allocation Periods

• Applications for the FALL soccer season will be accepted between April 1st and August 31st
• Applications for the WINTER soccer season will be accepted between November 1st – December 31st
• Applications for the SPRING soccer season will be accepted between January 1st to March 31st
